The last few months have been exhausting to say the least, so we really haven't been the outdoorsy family we usually are... Mom and Dad have been tooooooo tired. But we did manage to hike for a few miles recently and the kids did great. Fueled (bribed) by fruit snacks and pretzels Pie walked the whole way. Lala complained heartily for most of the hike that it was too short, too easy, too babyish and decided she was generally being cheated out of the best in life by having younger siblings. *Sigh* Can you say drama queen? PB enjoyed the view from his pack on Dad's shoulders and promptly fell asleep. A good day.
